Compliance Verification
In our various programs, the correctional agency requires the participant's compliance verification. These services can be performed in programs with or without electronic monitoring equipment. Sentinel performs this service through:
- Case Management Services: Our case managers meet with the participants during regularly scheduled office appointments. The participant must provide documentation to verify his compliance with probation or court ordered terms. Failure to comply, results in a violation notice being sent to the agency with violation details. We meet with thousands of offenders nationwide every month to ensure program compliance.
- Centurion Kiosk Services: Using our automated Centurion kiosk, participants perform check-in by visiting a kiosk site and answering specific program questions. The kiosk's touch screen monitor and verbal automated assistant guide the participant through the quick process. The kiosk can also collect payments from the offender when required.
- Financial Compliance: If the offender must submit payment as part of his sentence, these can be collected through our field case management services or a kiosk. Our case management programs allow fees owed to the agency to be collected, which our staff performs. Our SenTrak database processes all financial transactions and provides detailed, daily reports for financial accountability purposes.
- Agency Officer Access: As part of the compliance verification process, officers can be given access into our SenTrak offender database, which is continuously updated by with each transaction. This provides officers immediate, updated information regarding the offender population, status or a specific participant. Officers can view all recent and historical compliance information as needed 24/7/365.
- Program Funding Options: Similar to every program in our spectrum of services, these compliance verification options can be funded by the offender to save the agency all costs associated with the program. Our offender-funded program model has successfully saved agencies across the country millions of dollars in program model operation fees. These services can also be provided through the traditional agency-paid program.
